My mom, Lauren and I enjoyed a lovely girls night out a couple of weekends ago. We took Trax downtown and watched my mom perform in "Handel's Messiah." It was wonderful! We also walked through the lights at Temple Square. We saw a poor elderly man who had slipped on the ice, fallen, and hit his head on the sidewalk. There were ambulances and paramedics everywhere. The man was covered in blood. It was so sad!
